CUE Development invites private investors to participate in our projects as Limited Partners, sharing in the value we create while limiting their downside risk. You must be an Accredited Investor to subscribe for our Limited Partnership Units and we do not advise prospective investors as to the suitability of their investments in our projects.
We concentrate on identifying and communicating all foreseeable risks and have a proven ability to manage unforeseen circumstances, however real estate development is also subject to risks which are beyond our control.
We endeavour to mitigate for this with astute timing.
CUE Development is committed to our investor relationships and we treat all capital as though it were our own. Quarterly project status reports, annual financial reviews and tax receipts keep all Limited Partners abreast of each project’s performance throughout the lifecycle of the Limited Partnership.
