The nature of our development projects and related investment opportunities is generally suited to investors with experience in private real estate investments and the ability to tolerate the risks which are commonly associated with these projects.

While we concentrate on identifying and communicating all foreseeable risks, as well as our demonstrated ability to manage unforeseen circumstances, real estate development is also subject to risks which are beyond our control.

Quarterly project status reports, annual financial reviews and tax receipts keep all Limited Partners abreast of each project’s performance throughout the lifecycle of the Limited Partnership.
